The correct option is C 643cm2
Let the side of square be s and equilateral triangle be a

Given that 4×s=3×a (1)

Also diagonal of square =122cm

Applying Pythagoras theorem, s2+s2=(122)2

on solving we get s =12 cm

now, putting s in (1)

4×12=3×aa=16cm

Area of an equilateral triangle =34a2

=643cm2
