The correct option is A Square
Perimeter of square and rectangle are equal.

(4×50)=(70+70+x+x)

200=140+2x

x=30

Area of square=side×side=50×50=2500

Area of rectangle=length×breadth=70×30=2100

Square has larger area.

Hence, Option A is correct.
