As we know surface charge density $σ = \frac{c h a r g e}{s u r f a c e a r e a}$

Here $σ = 10 C / m^{2}, s u r f a c e a r e a = (l e n g t h)^{2} = 4 m^{2}$

Charge = $σ \times s u r f a c e a r e a$

$= 10 C / m^{2} \times 4 m^{2} = 40 C$
