The correct option is A 221 kN
There will be direct shear stress due to P and indirect because of moment.

centre of gravity of fillet weld from upper length=300×0+200×100+125×200300+200+125=72 mm

As P is applied exactly at center of gravity of filled weld, there won't by any moment.
