There will be direct shear stress due to P and indirect because of moment.

$c e n t r e o f g r a v i t y o f f i l l e t w e l d f r o m u p p e r l e n g t h = \frac{300 \times 0 + 200 \times 100 + 125 \times 200}{300 + 200 + 125} = 72 m m$

As P is applied exactly at center of gravity of filled weld, there won't by any moment.
