The correct option is C 56.25J
Kinetic Energy, K.E=0.5×m×v2

K.E=0.5×0.5×15×15=56.25J

It has 56.25 J at initial point as total energy.

Total energy=P.E.+K.E.

56.25=P.E.+K.E.

As energy is conserved total energy after reaching ground also must be 56.25 J at which P.E. has a value of zero because of zero height.

Hence K.E=56.25J.
