Equating forces
Tsinθ=m×v×v/r ...(1)
Tcosθ=m×g ...(2)
ω=2/π×2π=4 rad
From 1 and 2
tanθ=v2/rg=ω2r/g
sinθ=r
tanθ=42×(sinθ)/g
sinθ/cosθ=16×sinθ/10
1/cosθ=1/1.6=0.625 ...(3)

From (3)
T=mg/cosθ=(0.1×10)/(1/1.6)
T=1.6 N
