The correct option is C2:3. Let the sum lent at 6%p.a. be Rs.x. Then, Sum lent at 9%p.a. is Rs.(5000−x)
Then according to the question x×6×1100+(5000−x)×9×1100=390
⇒6x100+450−9x100=390
⇒3x100=60
⇒3x=6000
⇒x=2000
Hence sum lent at 6%=Rs. 2000
And sum lent at 9%=5000−2000=Rs.3000 ∴ Required ratio =2000:3000=2:3.
