Let the Amount lent at $15\%$ be $x$

and that lent at $10\%$ be $50,000-x$

Simple Interest is $\frac{Principle\times Rate\times Time}{100}$

Now, $12000=\frac{x\ast 15\ast 2}{100}+\frac{(50,000-x)\ast 10\ast 2}{100}\Rightarrow 12,00,000=30x+10,00,000-20x\Rightarrow 10x=2,00,000\Rightarrow x=20,000$

Hence, the Amount lent at $15\%$ is $20,000$
