A teacher wants to make a test containing $20$ verbal and $30$ math questions. Each verbal question is to be allotted $45$ seconds to complete and each math question is to be given $1$ minute $20$ seconds. How many minutes should she allow for the whole test?

Time allotted for one verbal question=45 sec

$\therefore$ Time for 20 verbal question=$20\times 45=900$ Sec

Time allotted for one math question=1 min 20 sec=60+20=80 sec

$\therefore$ Time for 30 maths question=$30\times 80=2400$

Total time for whole test=$2400+900=3300sec$

$\because 60sec=1min$

$\therefore 3300sec=\frac{3300}{60}=55$ min
