If the vertex of the cone is $16m$ above the ground, find the area of the canvas required for making the tent. (Use $\pi =22/7$)

Area of canvas required$=\pi rl+2\pi rH$

$\Rightarrow \pi r\sqrt{r^2+h^2}+2\pi rH=\pi r(\sqrt{r^2+h^2}+2H)$

$=\frac{22}{7}\times 12(\sqrt{{12}^2+5^2}+2\times 11)=1320m^2$
