Let the weight of empty test tube be x gm.
CaCO3CaO+CO2
When CO2 produced is 44 gm,CaCO3 needed is 100 gm.
When CO2 produced is 4.4 g,CaCO3 needed is 10044×4.4=10 gm
If mass of CaCO3 is 10 gm, then weight of empty test tube
=30.0810.00=20.08 g.
