The correct option is C $15^{\circ} C$
$\frac{V_{1}}{T_{1}} = \frac{V_{2}}{T_{2}}$

$V_{1} = 3 l, T_{1} = 47 + 273 = 320 K, V_{2} = 2.1 l$

$\Rightarrow T_{2} = \frac{2.1 \times 320}{3} = 224 K = - 49^{o} C$

At $15^{o} C$ volume of balloon will be reduce to $2.7 l$
