The correct option is A 120 nm
Since, both waves Ra and Rb are reflected from denser medium, so Ra and Rb are in phase with each other.

Thus, for destructive interference (i.e. Zero reflection)

2μt=(m+12)λ

Where t is the required thickness of the film

And μ is the refractive index of thin film

For minimum thickness, take m=0

t=6404×1.33=120 nm

Hence, (A) is the correct answer.
