Given that the value of X is twice the value of Z and the value of Y is three times the value of X
X=2Z,Y=3X=6Z
The number is XYZ=100X+10Y+Z100×2Z+10×6Z+Z=200Z+60Z+z=261Z
So the three digit number can be 261 or 522 or 783
Therefore option A is correct
