The correct option is C $144$ mL
Let the volume be $V$ mL
14 of the total volume of paint is made up of red paint and the ratio of the volume of red paint to that of blue paint is 3 : 2.

$∴ \frac{V}{4} \times \frac{2}{3} =$ volume of blue paint
Volume of red paint $= \frac{V}{4}$
Volume of Red plus blue paint $= \frac{5 V}{12}$

Volume of yellow paint $= V - \frac{5 V}{12} = \frac{7 V}{12}$

but $\frac{7 V}{12} = 84 m L$

$∴ V = 144 m L$
