The correct option is B 200 Hz
The source of whistle is at the edge of the semicircular track and the observer is half between it and diametrically opposite side. Thus they form a quadrant of a circle.
The relative velocity between the source and observer along the line joining them is zero with each having a velocity =vcos45

Using Doppler's Effect,
f=f(340+30cos45340+30cos45)=f=200 Hz
