From the right limb,

PA=Patm+ρgh

PB=PA+ρal2=Patm+ρgh+ρal2

But from the left limb,

PC=Patm+(2ρ)gh

From both the equations of PC

Patm +ρgh+32ρal=Patm +2ρgh
