Here, LCM of $3$ and $4$ is $12$

We know that

C.P. of bananas $=\frac{1}{3}x12=₹4$

S.P. of bananas $=\frac{1}{4}x12=₹3$

Here

$Loss=C.P.–S.P.$

$$\begin{gathered} =4–3 \\ =₹1 \end{gathered}$$

$Loss\%=[\frac{Loss}{C.P.}\times 100]\%$

$$\begin{gathered} =[\frac{1}{4}x100]\% \\ =\frac{100}{4}\% \\ =25\% \end{gathered}$$

Hence, their loss percent is $25\%$
