We know from the formula of young's modulus
Y=F×lA×Δl

F=Y×A×Δll
As both the ends are fixed Δl=0
So the net force acting will be zero
F1+F2=0
And the force will be divided inversely to the value of length.
F1F2=l2l1=23

Solving these two equations we get, F1=2000N andF2=3000N
