The correct option is A $0^{\circ}$
When light ray strikes the interface normally, then it does not bend and goes in straight path. Since angle of incidence is the angle between normal and incident ray, the angle of incidence is zero. And angle of refraction is also zero as it does not bend after refraction.
Hence, the angle of refraction is 0 degrees.
