The correct option is A $9.3 L$
Here, $P_{i} V_{i} = P_{f} V_{f}$
$P_{i} V_{i} = 10 \times 4$
$P_{f} V_{f} = 3 \times (V + 4)$
$∴ 40 = 3 V + 12$
$3 V = 28$
$\Rightarrow V = 9.3 L$
