The correct option is A 1000

v= 500 Hz, XY = 600m , t= 2s
Velocity of wave, v = $\frac{Displacement}{time}$
$=\frac{600}{2}=300m/s$
But, $v=v\times \lambda$
$\Rightarrow \lambda =\frac{v}{v}=\frac{300}{500}=\frac{3}{5}m$
$\therefore$ No. of waves in displacement XY
$=\frac{XY}{\lambda }=\frac{600}{\frac{3}{5}}=\frac{600\times 5}{3}$
$200\times 5=1000$
