Since, the weak electrolyte is 2% ionised,
C=αN
=2100×0.1

=2×103 g equiv L1

Limiting equivalnet conductance,
Aeq=K×1000C

400 S cm2 g equiv1 =K×10002×103

K=8×104Scm1

Further, K=1R×(1a) (where, 1a= cell constant)

8×104Scm1=1R×0.4cm1

R=0.48×104S1=10002Ω=500Ω

Hence, option D is correct.
