As per Khosla's method,
Exit gradient,
GE=Hd.1πλ

Where, λ=12[1+1+α2]

and α=bd

Here, B = 10 m
depth of sheet pile,
d = 4m
Head loss, H = 5m
α=104=2.5

λ=12[1+1+2.52]=1.846

GE=Hd.1πλ

=541π1.846=0.293=13.41
