For $0<x\le 100$, Rs. $100$ of $1$ shirt

$x$ shirts $=100x$

For $100<x\le 200$

Rs. $(100-10)$ of $1$ shirt

$x$ shirts $=90x$

For $x>200$

Rs. $80$ of $1$ shirt

$x$ shirts $=80x$
