(b) Name one animal disease each caused :(i) by virus (ii) by bacteria (iii) fungus.

(a)

Stagnant water: The water that gets collected in a container or any such thing where water can get filled up. ​

1. Such stagnant water can become a breeding ground for the mosquitoes' larvae that might spread deadly diseases like dengue.
   
2. The mosquitoes lay eggs in such water and they grow into larvae that grow and develop into mosquitoes.

(b)

(i) Virus - Dengue

1. Dengue is caused by the dengue virus. Its symptoms include a high fever. rashes, and joint pains.

2. It can also be fatal in certain cases.

3. It spreads by mosquito bites.

(ii) Bacteria- Cholera

1. Cholera is caused by the bacteria Vibrio cholerae.
   
2. It gets spread by contaminated food and water.
   
3. It can cause diarrhoea and dehydration.

(iii) Fungus- Ringworm

1. Ringworm is caused by a fungal infection.
   
2. The infection causes skin rashes that look reddish and circular on the skin.
