The correct option is C 16 cm

Perimeter of a square = 4×side
= 4×12
=48 cm
So the total length of the wire is 48 cm. Since the same wire is bent to form an equilateral triangle,
Perimeter of the equilateral triangle = 3×side = 48 cm
Side of the triangle = Perimeter÷3
= 483
= 16 cm
