The correct option is B 2563cm2
Given, a wire when bent in the form of a square encloses an area of 576 sq. m .
Area of Square=(side)2
576=(side)2
side=576=24 cm
Perimeter of square =4×side
=4×24
=96 cm.
When same wire is formed into equilateral triangle, then perimeter of square is equals to perimeter of triangle.
Perimeter of equilateral triangle =96 cm
or, 3×side=96 cm
side=963=32 cm.
Area of equilateral triangle thus formed =3×(side)24
=3×3224
=2563 cm2
