So
2(breast feeding + deliver time)
=2(6month + 10month)
=2(16 month)
=32month
=2 years and 8months
for this time there will be no menstrual cycle
So remaining time is
=35years - (2 year and 8 month)
=32 years and 2 month

Since there 246 menstrual cycle
Time interval of one cycle
= 28day
So total no of days
=28246
=6888/365=18.871years
=18 years and (.87112)month
=18 year and 10month

So time at which puberty occur
=32year 4month - 18year 10month
=13 year and 6 month
