Solution

Answer: 19

Partial Hydrolysis:

XeF6+H2OXeOF4+2HF

XeF6+2H2OXeO2F2+4HF

Complete hydrolysis

XeF6+3H2OXeO3+6HF

Thus, compound A is XeF6

Each F has 3 lone pair of electrons. So six F atom give 18 lone pair of electrons.
The central Xe atom has one lone pair of electron. So the total number of lone pairs of electrons in compound (A) is 19.
