Solution

The correct option is A 43.6
ABCDE is a pentagon in which AB is parallel to ED and B=142o,C=3xoandD=2xo
So,
A+E=180o ...(Sum of interior angle on the same side of a transversal is supplementary.)
Now,
B+C+D+A+E=180o(n2)
=>142o+3xo+2xo+180o=180o(52)
=>5xo=540o180o142o
=>xo=218o5=43.6o
x=43.6
