Eugneloids lack cell wall and thus cannot be placed in kingdom Plantae; its autotropic mode of nutrition excludes it from kingdom Animalia. Dianoflagellates are unicellular, eukaryotic, autotrophic/heterotrophic/parasitic/symbiotic organisms with/without cellulosic cell wall.
