$\Rightarrow \frac{-3}{1}=\frac{-3\times 5}{1\times 5}=\frac{-15}{5}$
Now, $\frac{-3}{1}+\frac{3}{5}=\frac{-15}{5}+\frac{3}{5}$
$=\frac{-15+3}{5}$

$=\frac{-12}{5}$
