No, different plants are of different sizes.

Plants can be classified into three types according to their size, i.e. herbs, shrubs, and trees.

Herbs: These are tender and green-coloured stem plants that are small in size and exhibit very less branching.

Shrubs: These are bigger than the herbs and have harder stems and branches.

Trees: These are essentially very tall with much thicker stems compared to shrubs but have branches on the upper part of the plant.
