Aman went to the shopping mall for buying a washing machine. The cost of the washing machine was ₹25,000. A discount of 15% was offered on it. Calculate the price of the washing machine after discount.

Price of the washing machine = ₹25,000
Discount offered = 15%
So, discount offered = $\frac{15}{100} \times ₹ 25, 000 = ₹ 3, 750$
So, price after discount = ₹25.000 - ₹3,750 = ₹21,250
Hence, the price of the washing maching after discount was ₹21,250
