Solution

The correct option is A

₹ 31000

P = ₹ 10,00,000 R = 10 % and n = 3 years

For Compound interest
A=P(1+R100)n
A=10,00,000×(1+10100)3
A=10,00,000×(11×11×1110×10×10)
A=(1000×1331)
A=1331000

In Simple Interest
For three years,
I=10100×1000000×3
=300000

Amount in Simple Interest
=
10,00,000 + 3,00,000
=
₹ 13,00,000

Difference in Amount
=
₹ 13,31,000 - ₹13,00,000
=
₹ 31000
