The correct option is C 7700 N
At the lowest point of the vertical circle :
Centripetal force Fc=Nmg(1)
wher N is the Normal force between pilot and the seat and this is the force we have to find
From Equation (1) we get:
mv2r=NmgN=mv2r+mg
here m=70kg and r=400m andv=200m/s
So using the values in equation (1) and solving we get:
N= 7700 N
