Speed during the motion , v1=3.0m/s
Time taken , t1=3003.0=100 s

Second Part of motion :

Distance travelled, s2=300 m
Speed during the motion , v2=6.0m/s
Time taken , t2=3006.0=50 s


Average speed of athlete ,Vavg=Total distance travelledTotal time taken=600t1+t2=600100+50=600150=4.0 m/s
