Given:
τmax=50×1028 N-m
E=40 N/C

From the graph of |τ| vs θ, maximum magnitude of torque is
τmax=50×1028 N-m

Since,
τ=p×E
|τ|=pEsinθ

For maximum magnitude of torque,
θ=90sinθ=1

Thus, τmax=pE

50×1028=p×40
