Price of tv $=₹12000$
Repairing cost $=₹500$
Cost price$=₹(12000+500)=₹12500$
Price of fridge $=₹11000$
Painting cost $=₹500$
Cost price $=₹(11000+500)=₹11500$
Total cost price of both the products $=₹(12500+11500)=₹24000$
Selling price of tv $=₹13000$
Selling price of fridge $=₹11500$
Discount $=₹500$ on each product
Total discount $=₹1000$
Total selling price of both the products $=₹(13000+11500-1000)=₹23500$
Loss = C.P - S.P $=₹(24000-23500)=₹500$
