Average speed $=100$ km/hr
With this speed, train can cover $600$ km in $6$ hrs but train used to stop for $3$ min after every $75$ km.
So, train will stop $=\frac{600}{75}=8$ times in the whole journey .
But, you need to understand that after $7^{th}$ stopping train will be at the destiny in next stop.

Therefore, train will stop $7$ times in journey.
So, extra time $=7\times 3=21$ minutes
Total time taken in the journey $=6$ hr $21$ min.
