The correct option is A $$-5 J$$
For cyclic process,
$$Q_{cyclic} = W_{AB} + W_{BC} + W_{CA}$$
$$W_{BC}=0$$(volume remains constant)
$$W_{AB}=P(V_{2}-V_{1})=10(2-)=10J$$ (pressure remains constant)
$$5= 10 + W_{CA}  \Rightarrow W_{CA} = -5\ J$$.
