The correct option is A 20 kPa

As the container is moving rightward, the water in the container will experience a pseudo force toward the left which results in the rise in water level as shown in the image.
So, tanθ=ag
tanθ=1 [a=g=9.81 m/s2]
θ=45
Now at center point C,
tan θ=x1
x=1 m
So, at point B
PB=ρg(hx)=1000×9.81×(81)
and at point A, PA=ρg(h+x)
=1000×9.81×(8+1)
So, PAPB=1000×9.81×2
=19.62 kPa20 kPa
