$⟹$ $s^2$ = 40,000 $m^2$

$⟹$ $s$ = $(40,000{)}^{\frac{1}{2}}$ $m$
$⟹$ $s$ = $({200}^2{)}^{\frac{1}{2}}$ $m$
$⟹$ $s$ = $(200{)}^{2\times \frac{1}{2}}$ $m$
$⟹$ $s$ = $200$ $m$
$\therefore$ Perimeter of square field = $4\times 200m$
= 800 $m$
Hence, total cost of fencing around square field = $4.5\times 800$ $=3600$ $
