Let Sunil takes $x$ days then April will take $(x-3)$ day.
One day work of Sunil$=\frac{1}{x}$
One day work of Anil $=\frac{1}{3}$
$\therefore$ $\frac{1}{x-3}=\frac{2}{x}$
$\Rightarrow$ $x=2x-6$
$\Rightarrow$ $x=6$
$\Rightarrow$ $x=6$ days
