Solution

Gunga Ram was superstitious Brahmin servant in a household where the children constantly ridicule his beliefs. He was an illiterate full of superstitions. He loved all forms of life as sacred creations of God. The more dangerous a creature is, the more devoted he turns out for it. He believed in the trinity of Gods. He used to smear a V-mark on his forehead with sandal wood paste everyday. He placed a saucer full of milt every night, near the snake pit next to the wall. He believed firmly that as ling as he offered milk to the snake, it would bite anyone in the house.
