Solution
Ovaries
Ovaries are a pair of female reproductive glands.
It is the site for the production of eggs and hormones that regulate menstruation and pregnancy.
Oviducts
Also known as fallopian tubes are paired tubular structures that open in the uterus.
The other end has finger-like appendages called fimbriae.
Oviducts are not connected to the ovaries.
The fimbriae originate from a funnel-shaped infundibulum in the oviducts that lay near to ovaries.
The ovaries are present near the fimbriae which helps to collect the eggs.
