  2. A body can be at rest with respect to one object and in motion with respect to the other.
  3. If a train is moving out of a railway station, it will be in motion with respect to the platform as the platform is stationary.
  4. The passengers of a moving bus will be in motion with respect to a stationary person outside the bus.
  5. But the passengers of a moving bus will be at rest with respect to each other as relative motion is zero.

Hence, the passengers of a moving bus are at rest with respect to each other
