We know,
Range of fluid R=2h(Hh)
So, for point P,
R=2h(Hh)
For point Q,

h2hH+h(Hh)=0
h24.25h+0.25(4.250.25)=0
h24.25h+1=0
(h4)(h14)=0
h=4 or 0.25
