As we know Earth is huge magnet... and it has magnetic field around it...we know that when the change in magnetic linkage occurs electricity is produced in the matter... so if we consider earth a magnet and atmosphere around it as matter then why don't electricity is produced??? ((Atmosphere is always in motion))

Thats not possible because for the production of the electricity motion is required between magnet and a coil but there is no coil... atmosphere is not a coil.
